Review: Beware of this company! My sister and I hired this company to refinish wood floors in an apartment that is to be sold. They were incapable of doing the job and removing the stains. They never consulted us about this problem. Then they fraudulently charged the second payment without authorization after being told the balance would be paid by check after we saw the finished work. Also there were waves all over the floor, our realtor said it was because of a bad buffering job. The “office manager”, Mia, refuses to give us the owners name or number and in 20 days, he still has not returned our calls, emails, or texts. I gave them weeks to rectify the problem. I wanted the owner to come back and show him the poor job that was done and give him the opportunity to correct it, but after being ignored for weeks we were advised by our realtor to have the job redone by a reputable company.
Update: After 3 weeks of being ignored, I guess a contact from our credit card company forced them to reach out and say “something just opened in the computer, and they can send someone to look at the job” Unacceptable. The job has already been redone and I can show receipts and pictures if this becomes a legal matter. Sorry I didn’t do my research, because I learned this company uses different names and addresses. Very shady.
