Review: Highly recommend Hello Chapter for renovation work in NYC.
They just finished my apt (new walls for bedrooms and closets, new bathroom, plumbing, tiling, electric, etc) and it looks fantastic. They are easy to work with.
Rubi, the project manager, was a great communicator and very helpful. His ideas and recommendations made the finished product better than it would be otherwise. He took every aspect of the job seriously, the team works quickly and efficiently, and their work is high quality with attention to detail.
Their pricing is fair, and they provide a detailed quote thats easy to read and discuss. Not like other contractors that inflate prices at your expense.
I would definitely use Hello Chapter again and I would highly recommend them to a friend.

Review: We just finished an almost full apartment renovation (kitchen, two baths, floors, lighting, painting) with Chapter and would recommend for a Manhattan renovation. The entire team was thoughtful and responsive, especially Nihaar and Lorena. Nihaar communicated with us throughout the process, engaging with us and helping us problem solve the quirky issues that arise during an NYC renovation. Lorena impressed us with her layouts and design to make our home functional. The contractor team made our vision come true; skilled with painting/skimming, tiles, and gave great advice. The team helped us navigate the complex process of approvals, city requirements, and more. We are happy with the outcome and would definitely recommend.

Review: I would recommend working with Chapter. My project manager Rubi was very responsive most notably, as we navigated getting the necessary approval from the management company for my coop building. Rubi and the Chapter team worked diligently to meet my move-in deadline. Post move, Rubi was there to ensure all remaining punch list items were resolved. Renovations don’t always go as planned as items are bound to be discovered once the project starts. However, Chapter was good at anticipating changes and their proposal was detailed thus there was transparency when a change order was needed.

Review: Hello chapter completely renovated our brownstone and the result was beyond amazing. There wasn’t a single problem with any aspect of the renovation. Sami was amazing at overseeing the project and Monica of the design team was an absolute joy to work with. They listened to every one of my ideas and made it a reality. They were also extremely approachable and always available for any questions I had. Highly recommend them! And I’m happy to say we just signed with them for another project as well.

Review: I had just completed a full apartment renovation. It was a very good experience. I had a great team in Nihaar and Monica as project manager and designer. Few mistakes were made . Mostly rectified. Few disappointments but overall it was a positive experience.
Apartment renovation is never a cake walk but I think they made it much more bearable than it would have otherwise been.
One of the great things I like about chapter, They promise not to walk away from the job once it’s completed. But Nihaar promised to be there for the next year if any issues related to the work done arise. I very much appreciate that.
I will Definitely recommend them. And I would sure use them again for any renovation project I may need in the future..
