Review: Peter and his guys do excellent work. I own a hundred-year-old brownstone and I've hired Chronos Contracting twice now for different projects. Both times the entire process has been painless and the work has been excellent. I particularly appreciate that Peter was very communicative about how the project was going and scheduling - I never felt like I was unsure or in the dark about anything.
I highly recommend them and definitely will be reaching out to Chronos again when I need more work done.

Review: Chronos recently did some boxing in work in the stairwell of our coop. Peter was terrific to work with--his estimate was reasonable, he finished right on time and listened carefully to any concerns I expressed along the way. Review: Peter and the Chronos team did a great job on my closet renovation project. I had the doorway openings enlarged for four closets that involved drywall work as well as fabricating new custom size bi-fold doors. On time, on budget, detailed communications, and first rate quality work. My former experience with contractors has always been at least one of those four things would go wrong. To my pleasant surprise, they managed to exceed my expectations across the board. Chronos' bid was neither the cheapest nor the most expensive of the contractors I contacted. However, Peter's proposal was clearly the most well thought out and detailed, which gave me added confidence that they would do a good job. I am a satisfied client and would not hesitate to recommend or hire Peter and his team again when I am ready to tackle future renovation projects.
