Review: Contracting NYC did an amazing job renovating my kitchen and apartment. The owner, Jonathan Perr, was the only contractor in the city that didn’t try to gouge me, was attentive the entire process and helped me solve problems with his creative thinking. His workers were skilled, showed up on time and cared about their work.
Jonathan is a person of his word and came back to adjust a few things even after the job was closed and paid for.
I highly recommend Jonathan Perr and Contracting NYC.

Review: I used Jonathan to replace my floor, redo my bathroom, and paint the apartment. The work took two months as planned . Jon was responsive to any issue I raised. When things needed he thought outside the box and provided an intelligent solution. He itemized and priced each item all the project so it was easy to track the payments, deduct items that we took off and add new items.
I recommend him to all my friends.

Review: Jonathan was very professional, understanding, and pleasant to work with. He was very transparent with prices which was refreshing to see as we met with multiple other contractors. His staff painted our entire two bedroom apartment, fixed holes and imperfections on the dry wall, installed new light fixtures, and mounted a TV. They did a great job! We are planning to use Jonathan's services in the near future as we discussed. We would highly recommend Jonathan to anyone looking to do repairs in their home.
