Review: We used Golden I for a complete gut renovation of our 2 bed, 2 bath coop on the Upper East Side. From day 1, Tony and the team were responsive and professional. Working in a coop can often times be a huge headache but with Tony at your disposal, you know someone has your best interests at heart and will make sure there are no speed bumps. We’ve worked with several contractors over the years and none produce the same caliber end product as Tony. Making sure you get exactly what you want while providing great recommendations Is a recipe for success, and this is how Tony runs his business. We were absolutely astonished at the quality of work, and unbelievable attention to detail. Review: We used Golden I for a gut renovation of a prewar apartment on the Upper East Side that was featured in the New York Times Real Estate section. We had known Tony from a smaller job many years ago. This was a major project involving extensive planning, approvals and construction lasting many months. Throughout the project, the Golden I team remained extremely dedicated to the project. There were some expected bumps in the road, but in the end the apartment looks incredible. Tony and his team (including Tano who did the most actual work on the apartment) went above and beyond our expectations. They are still responsive and available to help with little things here and there. Most of all, they are honest, resourceful and were enthusiastic throughout the project. We highly recommend him and his team, and are very happy with our choice of contractor.

Review: Tony and I have worked together for many years and have built over 20 projects together (both for flips, clients and my own homes) ranging from one off bathroom renovations to full renovations of 3 and 4 bedroom apartments. Tony and his guys have put forth great quality work and have worked with me when I wanted something fixed or done differently. His pricing is reasonable and he is a stand up guy. Review: We retained Golden I Construction to renovate our NYC apartment. Tony and his team helped us develop our plans and, after permits were received, worked diligently within our agreed budget and timeline. The standard of their work and the quality of the cabinetry installed were both very high. Any questions arising as the project progressed were quickly and satisfactorily answered. Like us, our co-op building management was impressed by their work. We would definitely recommend Golden I Construction for an apartment renovation.
