Review: I had the pleasure of working with John Posada and his Home Design & Co. team for a major home renovation, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! From start to finish, the experience was nothing short of amazing.
Right from our initial consultation, John impressed me with his professionalism, knowledge, and willingness to listen to my ideas. He and his team, led by Louise, took the time to understand my vision for the renovation and provided valuable insights that helped refine the design while staying within my budget.
Throughout the entire project, the team was punctual, respectful, and kept me informed every step of the way. They worked efficiently, yet never compromised on quality. The attention to detail and craftsmanship was evident in every corner of my home – from the new kitchen and bathrooms to the drop-ceiling, lighting, flooring and electrical.
What truly set John and his team apart was their commitment to ensuring everything was completed to perfection. Any challenges that arose during the renovation were met with quick, thoughtful solutions. With John on-site managing the project and Louise coordinating all the back-end logistics, the job was completed on time, and the results exceeded my expectations. John treated this renovation as if it was his own home and went above and beyond, always.

Review: We renovated our NYC apartment and I could not be more pleased with the outcome, experience, and the attention to detail. I have renovated before, and I have never had such an easy-feeling process. We updated plumbing, added new lighting throughout the apartment, and completely redid the bathrooms and kitchen. We were so impressed with how smoothly things went. Even when things were not perfect, John and his team always fixed it to our liking. I am so grateful we found John and Louise! Their work is such high quality and they remove all of the stress (or as much as they can) for the home owner. 10/10

Review: I had the absolute pleasure of working with John and his team on a very special project. I renovated my NYC apartment which included a gut renovation and updating all electrical. This apartment is where I was born, raised and lived my entire life so understandably so there was lots of nostalgia associated with this renovation. John was understanding and attentive to our needs, our wish-list and went above and beyond in making sure we were pleased with the final outcome. He was always on top of the project with constant updates, texts, pictures and emails. In addition, he was open and transparent with the many hurdles that came our way, expectedly in a pre-war Co-Op building. John made sure to listen to my requests and also offered his professional opinion and recommendations. In the end, I am more than satisfied with my beautiful apartment all thanks to John and his hardworking, committed and dedicated team of professionals! I look forward to many more projects with Home Design and Co and wish them all much success for the future.

Review: John and his team did an amazing job renovating our kitchen and bathroom. Even our building management company was impressed with how knowledgeable and organized they were. We faced unexpected challenges throughout the process but John was able to help us navigate them all. We had many contractors laugh at us for wanting(needing) to stay in the apartment during the renovation. However, John and his team helped to keep the place livable for a very large majority of the time. Would definitely recommend!
