Review: Nightmare.
We had our second-floor apartment redesigned by KBR back in 2020. They took over nine months to complete the renovations on a 500 square foot space. Endless delays, procrastination, and poor management plagued the project. The designer assigned moved out in a few months, and the manager was perpetually overwhelmed. Despite these challenges, we endured them because it was the COVID era, and things were tough for everyone. However, within two months of the completion, the pocket door in my daughter’s bedroom stopped working. The HVAC heating in her room was excessive, while ours was non-existent. Now, in the summer, the flooring in her room has started to swell. We reached out to them for an assessment and review, only to receive a hefty bill and a dismissive attitude, reminding us that the “warranty” might not be helpful. Unfortunately can’t upload the pics and videos!Think twice , unless you want to go through endless delays, additional overhead charges, and nightmare for rest of your life.

Review: I had the pleasure of working with KBR on the renovation of my condominium apartment in the Upper East Side and I could not be happier with my results. They were very professional, answered all of my questions honestly, and were always on time. The work was top notch and they are fairly priced.
