He designed an elegant bathroom that meets our aging parents' needs and expertly navigated the challenges of renovating our 100-year-old home. The layout achieves a perfect balance of spaciousness and safety. His team's exceptional craftsmanship was evident in every detail, from the beautiful tile work to the custom oak door saddle they expertly crafted for the bathroom entrance. Review: NY Contractor LLC. recently completed a full-gut bathroom renovation in my parent’s 100-year-old house. Andy, the owner of
NY Contractor LLC. handled all aspects of the job, including the demolition down to the wall studs and joists, wall and floor preparation, tiling, and installation of all bathroom fixtures and accessories.
Andy’s work crew was courteous and very respectful, and they showed up on time at 8:00am each day. At the end of each day, they cleaned up any mess and debris.
The goal of the project was to transform a cramped and very outdated bathroom into a safe and senior friendly bathroom for my parents My parents and I are very happy with the completed bathroom. We found Andy to be honest and he did not try to push us to include features or products to drive up the cost of the project.
The quality of work was excellent. The walls were straightened and the floors were perfectly leveled. No easy feat in a 100-year-old house. A custom senior friendly shower was built. The tile work throughout the bathroom was top notch. Andy’s crew paid a lot of attention to detail, and the new bathroom turned out great.

Review: Exquisite work! Andy is a Godsend!
Andy was referred to me by Joe Collins of Einstein’s Plumbing, who had just completed a major plumbing project which required a repair to my cellar wall. Andy came and fixed the wall.
It didn’t end there, though. Over the course of a year, Andy and his team restored much of my 1899 row house. He overhauled a pathetically outdated bathroom and replaced it with a stunning walk-in shower, porcelain floor tile, new lights, and fixtures.
Upstairs, he turned a den into a bathroom. We relocated the clawfoot tub, added porcelain floor tile, new bathroom fixtures, and dimmable lights. Gorgeous!
He replaced doors, restored walls, installed new sinks and kitchen faucets, and otherwise brought my 125 year old building forward into the 21st century, all the while retaining its classic charm and beauty. The amount of skill required to recognize the details involved cannot be overstated. He even hand cut teeny tiny half inch pieces when doing the tile work!
Overall, NY Contractor LLC is a first rate company. Not cheap, but not outrageously priced either. The renovation cost a nice bit of change, but it was well worth it. Andy and his team are well organized and highly skilled. They are courteous, pleasant, punctual, and hold well to deadlines. He came through for me for several unexpected events and made time to help me and my tenants with emergency repairs. His team works quickly and efficiently and leaves everything clean at the end of the day. He also provided valuable advice and guidance with regard to design concepts. I highly recommend Andy and the entire NY Contractor LLC team. Exquisite work!

Review: Professional top notch quality work. I’ve known Andy for many years. First project we worked on was a residential project and the job turned out excellent. Most recent project was a commercial project and it also turned out great.
If you’re looking for something cheap, this is not the company for you.
But if you are looking for quality craftsmanship, without hesitation this is the company you need for your next project!
