Review: first project and we learned you need someone extremely knowledgeable to navigate the many DOB rules and regulations. Zam is an EXPERT! He is very professional, ethical, and responsive throughout the project. He worked closely with whole team and developed our Safety Procedures and on-site Document Collecting. He is extremely knowledgeable and quite easy to work with. This crazy year, zam was there for us making sure the site was safe and secure. He delivered what his firm said they would deliver. They always do what’s right for the customer and adhering to the DOB R&R. Zam takes his responsibilities personally and is proud of his efforts. He saved us time and tens of thousands of dollars in unnecessary expenses. He has my highest recommendation.
